Four-wheel-drive touring is not a hobby. It’s something that gets in your blood. A way of life. It was that way of life that lead me down the path of Landscape Photography. Although an interest in photography was always there (I remember playing with Dad’s camera as a kid), it was seeing these amazing places in far flung corners of Australia that created a desire to share these places. To share the feeling that being in these places creates. In an extension to this lifestyle, I ventured into freelance photojournalism and from there the photography bug really got hold. Nowadays most trips are planned to fit four-wheel-driving around photography opportunities.
